In 2012, Angela White stood among the top three in the SCORE Model of the Year contest, alongside Hitomi and Venera. But her accomplishments didn’t stop there—Angela also made headlines in Australia. Featured on the front page of the Sydney Morning Herald in a March 23, 2013 story titled “Laying out The Bare Essentials” by Mark Dapin, Angela’s star power was on full display during her appearance at the Australian convention Sexpo in Sydney.
In the interview, Angela reflected on her experiences in the adult industry compared to her previous jobs. “I’m treated far better in the adult industry, with far more respect, than I ever was at Burger King,” she shared with Dapin, who seemed awestruck and even timid in her presence. “I’m a bit of an extrovert,” Angela added. “An exhibitionist, so I like the camera being there.”
Angela recounted her journey to SCORE and mentioned how DVDs like B.L.O.W. (Busty Ladies of Oil Wrestling) and Ultimate Cherry played a role in her rising fame. During Sexpo, Angela’s fans came out in full force, many too nervous to say much, but clearly in awe of her. “Some of them are visibly shaking,” Angela said. “They’ll focus on a particular scene or magazine and remember all the fine details—how my hair was, the positions I was in. Then they’ll ask, ‘What was it like to kiss that person?'”
